EARLY LEARNING CENTER DIRECTOR
Bethlehem ELC needs a Director to oversee and manage our program, and insure that children ages 2 years and older receive a quality Christian education. Must have a great love of Jesus, at least five years experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in child development, early childhood education or early childhood special education. Must be Synodically trained or willing to start process within two year of hire. Must also be Director qualified, a mandatory reporter and trained in 1st aid, CPR, and Universal Precautions. EARLY LEARNING CENTER LEAD TEACHER
Bethlehem ELC needs a Lead teacher to work Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Must have a great love of Jesus, a Bachelor’s degree in a related area or, an Associate’s Degree in child development or Early Learning education or two years of college (60 credit hours) with one course in ECE and 910 hours of experience or an Early Childhood Certification. Bethlehem is in need of assistants to work in the Childwatch after school. This a great job for a high school student. Must be only 16 years old, complete a background check, provide a physical, be current with immunizations, participate in Child Abuse and Neglect, First Aide, CPR, Universal Precaution, and Concussion training. CHILDWATCH/ SUMMER CAMP GROUP LEADER
Bethlehem has an immediate opening in our Summer Camp and then our Childwatch. This is a temporary position for the Summer Camp and a part-time position during the school year. Position will assist with Summer Camp and before and after school care and holiday care in the Childwatch, for school aged students five years old thru eighth grade. Must have a great love of Jesus, be 18 years old, demonstrate an ability to work with children and have at least three months (480 hours) or full-time or equivalent part-time satisfactory and verifiable experience with school-age children. CHILDWATCH AND SUMMER CAMP COORDINATOR:
Bethlehem is seeking a Coordinator to oversee our after school Childwatch program part-time during the school year, September through April, and our 2021 Summer Camp full-time this coming summer, May through August. This position would ensure we meet all licensing requirements and run a productive program. Must have a High School Diploma plus at least two years working experience in a licensed childcare program.
