Bethlehem LCS is in search of an Admissions Coordinator for our K-8 School and Early Learning Center Programs.  Our Admissions Coordinator will help us grow our education programs by showing families the value of our Christ-centered, family-focused, academic programs.  He/she will serve as the first point of contact, by recruiting, providing program information and tours for prospective new students and their families.  We have a high standard of academic excellence combined with a Christ- centered focus in learning, in an atmosphere where kids are allowed to have fun.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Serves as the first point of contact for potential new students and their families
  • Manages all processes related to new student enrollment to include tours, transferring in of academic records, and related data entry for admissions paperwork
  • Collaborates with Principal and ELC Director to establish annual enrollment goals
  • Works with the Principal and Marketing Coordinated related to marketing strategies, campaigns and events for recruitment; participates in School, ELC, Church and community events for recruitment opportunities
  • Provides monthly reports on admission’s prospects and new enrollments
  • Provides follow-up and interaction with current families on a regular basis to promote enrollment retention


Bethlehem Lutheran Church needs a new Director to serve the parents and children of this community so that children may grow closer to their savior and families may experience the fullness of life in Christ.

Duties include but are not limited to carrying out the existing Children's Ministries namely the BethlehemKIDS program on Sunday mornings, year around. Planning and executing family/children's events such as the Daddy-Daughter Dance, Mother-Son event, Easter Eggstravaganza, Father Son Retreat, Family Rockies Game, Backpack Blessings, Church Picnic, and Trunk or Treat. Also oversees the Church Nursery, and serves as a community outreach coordinator by creating avenues for families and with children in the School/ELC with no church home to connect children's ministries.

This is a full-time exempt level position that carries a full benefit package. Weekend and evening hours are required. Must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably from an LCMS University and preferably be an LCMS, Synodically trained called worker.


Bethlehem School is in need of a new kitchen manager beginning in August. This position would serve the teachers, students and staff attractive meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness. This position would also manage and coordinate the day-to-day food service operations in compliance with the District, State and Federal requirements and laws regarding nutrition, sanitation, safety and record keeping. Must have a high school diploma or GED and experience working in food service management, financial bookkeeping, menu planning and the creation of large recipes. This position is full-time exempt August-May. Training would be paid and begin in the spring. The position comes with Paid Time Off, 10 paid holidays a year and full benefits. The salary starts at $28,000 annually.

Bethlehem ELC needs a Lead teacher to work Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Must have a great love of Jesus, a Bachelor’s degree in a related area or, an Associate’s Degree in child development or Early Learning education or two years of college (60 credit hours) with one course in ECE and 910 hours of experience or an Early Childhood Certification. Bethlehem Lutheran School is looking for an immediate Part-Time Physical Education Teacher for now through the end of the school year. Must have a great love for Jesus, a Bachelor's degree in Education and a current teacher license. Position includes some benefits and Paid Time Off.

Wage range is $12.32-$16.50 an hour


The Bethlehem Lutheran Summer Camp needs a bus driver in June and July for our K-8 campers. Must have a valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL-B) per the State of Colorado and enjoy driving children.

Wages range= $18.00 an hour.

Bethlehem is in need of assistants to work in the Childwatch after school. This a great job for a high school student. Must be only 16 years old, complete a background check, provide a physical, be current with immunizations, participate in Child Abuse and Neglect, First Aide, CPR, Universal Precaution, and Concussion training. Bethlehem has an immediate opening in our Summer Camp and then our Childwatch. This is a temporary position for the Summer Camp and a part-time position during the school year. Position will assist with Summer Camp and before and after school care and holiday care in the Childwatch, for school aged students five years old thru eighth grade. Must have a great love of Jesus, be 18 years old, demonstrate an ability to work with children and have at least three months (480 hours) or full-time or equivalent part-time satisfactory and verifiable experience with school-age children.
