Athletic Director, K-8 School
Bethlehem is in need of an Athletic Director for our school sports programs. We are looking for someone with a caring heart and great organizational skills to blend into our organization. It is a rewarding position working in a collaborative environment with school faculty, students, and ministry staff. This position serves the school by providing management and oversight of the school’s interscholastic sports program. If you have a heart for children and sports, this is your position!
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule all sporting activities, games, tournaments, clinics and summer camps, and
Serve as the sports contact person for students, staff, and parents
Ensure all athletics fees are collected and paid
Ensure that all coaches are trained
Manage parent meetings, games, and coaches
Serve as the sports contact person for parents/teachers/students
Manage the finances of the sports program
Provide communication to coaches, parents, teachers, and athletes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with youth sports programs
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Love working with children
Summer Camp Counselors
ECT Lead Teacher
Bethlehem Early Learning Center is looking for a Lead teacher with a great love for Jesus, that will provide a warm, nurturing, and accepting environment for young children and their families. You will collaborate with supportive staff to establish developmentally appropriate classrooms, create activities and lesson plans that foster discovery of God’s gifting for each child, and apply your personal gifts and talents to share with a community of believers. Requirements:
-Be able to work Monday through Friday
-Be able to work 12 months a year
-Early Childhood Teacher qualified through education and experience in the Early Childhood field
-Be able to meet the State of Colorado 7.712.42 age and training regulations

EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAFF – Job Posting
Bethlehem Early Learning Center (ELC) preschool needs staff with a great love of Jesus, that will provide a warm, nurturing, and accepting environment for young children and their families. You will collaborate with supportive staff to establish developmentally appropriate classrooms, create activities that foster the discovery of God’s gifting for each child, and apply your personal gifts and talents to share with a community of believers. If you love working with Pre-K kids please apply!
Full-time positions and part-time positions over 20 hours per week qualify for tuition discounts for our K-8 school and Early Learning Center preschool.
Requirements:
- Be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Meet education &/or experience requirements for ELC Lead Teacher or ELC Assistant Teacher
- Be able to meet the State of Colorado 7.712.42 age and training regulations.
