EARLY LEARNING CENTER LEAD TEACHER
Bethlehem ELC is looking for a Lead teacher with a great love of Jesus, that will provide a warm, nurturing, and accepting environment for young children and their families. You will collaborate with supportive staff to establish developmentally appropriate classrooms, create activities and lesson plans that foster discovery of God’s gifting for each child, and apply your personal gifts and talents to share with a community of believers. Requirements:
- Be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (24 hours per week)
- Meet education &/or experience requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in a related area or, an Associate’s Degree in child development or Early Childhood Education, or two years of college (60 credit hours) with one course in ECE and 910 hours of experience or an Early Childhood Certification.
- Be able to meet the State of Colorado 7.712.42 age and training regulations.
SUMMER CAMP COUNSELORS
Bethlehem's Summer Camp is the perfect opportunity to lead young campers in a caring environment so that each child can experience the love of Jesus through fun & exciting activities. Each counselor will facilitate learning and growth in our campers.
Kitchen Cook
Bethlehem is in need of Kitchen help for our School Lunch Program and ministry needs. You will assist in the preparation of nutritious and attractive meals made from scratch. Meals include USDA compliant kid favorite foods. This is a rewarding and fun position working in a collaborative environment with school faculty, students, and ministry staff.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a caring and nurturing school environment. We are looking for someone to join our team and help grow our food service program to serve not only our school students, but also their families, our ministry needs and outreach opportunities for the community.
This is a school year, part time position at 21 hours a week from 9:30am-1:30pm Monday through Friday with great benefits that include disability insurance, pension program, paid time off, holiday pay and discount on tuition at our K-8 school &/or Early Learning Center preschool program.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with food activities and kitchen operations, maintaining high quality standards for food service, cleanliness, safety, health and inspections producing meals that are delicious, nutritious and attractive.
Attend annual online USDA training
Requirements
Previous food service experience is desired.
Nursery Worker
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY - (Essential Functions, Leadership, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Provides child care for various church activities for children ages 6 and under
- Welcomes parents and families into the nursery in a caring way to create a warm, friendly environment
- Utilizes the computerized check-in system to keep the nursery safe and secure
- Is first-aid and CPR trained and attend Safe Church
- Communicates with Director of Ministry to Children and their Families to ensure shifts are covered
- Is responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the nursery
- Organizes and labels toys/supplies and sanitizes these items regularly
MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma and child-care experience
- First-aid/CPR training
EARLY LEARNING CENTER STAFF – Job Posting
Bethlehem Early Learning Center (ELC) preschool needs staff with a great love of Jesus, that will provide a warm, nurturing, and accepting environment for young children and their families. Full-time positions and part-time positions over 20 hours per week qualify for tuition discounts for our K-8 school and Early Learning Center preschool.

- Be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Meet education &/or experience requirements for ELC Lead Teacher or ELC Assistant Teacher
- Be able to meet the State of Colorado 7.712.42 age and training regulations.
ChildWatch Staff needed for After School Program
Bethlehem K-8 school needs Lead Staff to support the after from school program. If you like working with kids, helping them with homework, or just helping them have fun and wind down after a busy day in the classroom we would like you to join our team!
Requirements:
· Be able to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
· Meet education &/or experience requirements for Lead Teacher qualifications
· Be able to meet the State of Colorado 7.712.42 age and training regulations.
