Summer Camp was out of this world, and we shone our light for Jesus in a GALACTIC way.
The fun started on June 1st and ended on August 4th. We had so many fun and exciting activities planned for all ages, so if you were looking for something fun for your child to do last summer, we were the place! Each year we hold Summer Camp for families with children looking for continued engagement in with education, peers and adventure!
We had camp for our 2-year-olds to 5-year-olds and every week they had a new theme. Some of these fun themes were space, creepy crawlies, Ooey Gooey fun, and so many more themes.
Our Kindergarten campers had fun with science and scavenger races, along with obstacle courses and water balloon fights. Our 1st-6th campers enjoyed exciting activities and field trips like Urban Air, Pirate’s Cove, and so much more. In addition to all these fun activities, we had in-house field trips who came and visited us, for example, the Denver Museum, Kona Ice, and Nature’s Educators.
As we went throughout the day, we shared the love of Jesus by gathering together with Mrs. Sarah, our Children’s Ministry Leader, where she shared a message that we implemented throughout the day, we had daily devotions and we sang songs and prayed for one another.
Campers were exhausted by the end of the day with all of the moving and grooving that went on with summer camp, and we called that a success!
