Explore the Campus and offerings

Bethlehem resides on a 6-acre campus, featuring a 93,000 square-foot facility. The expansive gymnasium, boasting a size equivalent to Denver's elevation of 5,280 square feet, serves as a hub for sports, performing arts, and even transforms into a ballroom for special events. Students can receive fresh homemade meals in the cafeteria, explore on the versatile playground and sports fields. Students can immerse themselves in over 6,563 literary titles in the library. Furthermore, the facility is enhanced by more than 18 diverse classrooms, a commons area that hosts a myriad of events, and a Worship Center that can accommodate nearly 800 parishioners, making it a haven for both education and spiritual growth.

| GYMNASIUM

In a gym that has the same number of square feet matching Denver’s elevation above sea level (5,280), this well-equipped part of our facility is where students enjoy P.E. class time and periodic pep rallies to cheer on our Bobcat sports teams.

The regulation basketball/volleyball court (with adjacent locker rooms) and bleachers allows our student athletes and Bobcat fans alike to enjoy home games, as well periodically hosting league tournaments. The stage and brand new sound system provide the perfect location for the 8th Grade Melodrama and school-wide Arts in the Afternoon performance each year.

The gym is also transformed into a ballroom when our 5th and 8th grade students attend the Spring Ball.

| Cafeteria

Our school is blessed to have both a kitchen that daily prepares homemade lunches as well as an adjacent cafeteria which accommodates multiple grade-level groups four times a day for lunchtime.

Our cafeteria is where you can find tasty treats at the concession stand for home sports games and tournaments, where standings in the annual Lutheran Schools Accelerated Reader have been displayed, and where silent auction items are exhibited at our annual fundraiser Gala.

| Sports field & playground

Students in our Early Learning Center have two play areas, both equipped with play and climbing structures that are perfect for adventurous exploration by these curious kiddos.

The playground used by K-8th students includes a large variety of climbing structures, as well as swings, Geodome, and Gaga Ball pit. The adjacent sports field has full-size soccer goals and a large area for all types of running and playful activity.

Students are also able to play basketball, four-square, and Wall Ball among other activities on the blacktop.

| Library

With a whopping 6,563 titles in circulation, Bethlehem is blessed to have many dedicated volunteers who are passionate about keeping books in the hands of our students!

Storytime is held for all ELC classes and for students in the primary grades. All K-8 classes have a weekly checkout time, promoting reading for pleasure.

| Classrooms

With 8 classrooms currently in operation in our ELC, and more than 10 K-8 homeroom classrooms in K-8, our school also has dedicated rooms for instruction in Art, Music, P.E., and Computer, as well as having the additional blessing of a fully-stocked Science Lab.

| The Commons

This 4500 square-foot multipurpose gathering area hosts the weekly Table meal and worship service on Thursday evenings, is utilized by church and school groups of all sizes, is an excellent location for presentations, accommodates wedding and funeral receptions, and an indoor recess or two during inclement weather have been known to be held here, too!

With The Commons Cafe coffee shop open several mornings a week (including Sundays - when you can also visit The Communication Station to learn lots more about all Bethlehem has to offer), you’ll definitely want to stop by!

| Worship Center

Bethlehem’s 7750 square-foot sanctuary can seat nearly 800 parishioners and is where Pre-K through 8th graders meet for each Wednesday’s chapel service. With its majestic, Bible-themed stained glass windows, pipe organ, grand piano, and live band musicians all available to lead us in singing praises, our sanctuary is truly a beautiful place to worship our amazing God!
